By accessing this website or engaging with Diamond Elite Models (“the Agency”), clients
agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
1.1 Access and use of this website and services are strictly limited to persons 18 years or
older.
1.2 All models are verified to be 18 years or older with government-issued ID.
1.3 Clients must provide truthful age confirmation. Any false information constitutes a breach
of these Terms.
1.4 Any underage access may result in reporting to authorities.
2. Services & Legal Status
2.1 The Agency operates exclusively as a legal adult introduction and booking service.
2.2 Services comply with:
• NSW Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022
• Australian Consumer Law
• NSW Work Health & Safety legislation
• Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) & APPs
• NSW sex work safety and privacy guidelines
2.3 The Agency does not provide sexual services, operate a brothel, or act beyond
lawful introduction services.
3. Independent Contractor Declaration
3.1 All models are independent contractors, not employees.
3.2 Contractors:
• Set their own rates, services, and schedules
• Accept or decline bookings at their discretion
• Manage ABN, taxation, and legal obligations
3.3 The Agency provides administrative, booking coordination, and promotional
services only.
4. Client Conduct & Safety
4.1 Clients must behave respectfully and safely at all times. Prohibited conduct includes:
• Aggression, threats, or harassment
• Intoxication or unsafe behaviour
• Non-consensual actions or boundary violations
• Requests for illegal services
4.2 Breach of conduct may result in:
• Immediate termination of the booking
• Forfeiture of deposits or prepaid fees
• Blacklisting and potential legal action
5. Bookings, Payments & Cancellation
5.1 Deposits are required to confirm all bookings and are non-refundable, unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
5.2 Accepted payment methods: cash, PayID, bank transfer.
5.3 Disputed payments or chargebacks are not permitted.
5.4 Clients must provide accurate booking details and verification where necessary.
5.5 Cancellation without adequate notice may result in loss of deposit or payment.
6. Privacy, NDAs & Confidentiality
6.1 The Agency collects minimal personal data required to coordinate bookings safely and
lawfully.
6.2 Data is encrypted, access is restricted, and third-party sharing is prohibited, except as
required by law.
6.3 High-profile or VIP clients may request Mutual NDAs; client-provided NDAs are
accepted for review.
6.4 Clients indemnify the Agency against claims arising from false or misleading
information.
7. Liability Limitation & Indemnity
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency, its directors, officers, employees,
agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim, including direct,
indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental, arising from:
• Use of the website or services
• Introductions, bookings, or contractor actions
• Acts, omissions, or negligence of third parties
7.2 Clients acknowledge that:
• Services carry inherent risk
• Engagement is at their own risk
• They release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Agency from all claims, costs, or
damages arising from their actions or misrepresentation
7.3 Where statutory guarantees cannot be excluded, liability is limited to:
• Resupply of the relevant service, or
• Reimbursement of the cost of having the service supplied again
7.4 Total aggregate liability of the Agency shall not exceed fees paid in the 30 days preceding
the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Advertising & Content
8.1 All promotional content depicts adults only, is glamour-focused, and does not imply
illegal services.
8.2 Clients must not misuse images, profiles, or intellectual property.
9. Terms Acceptance & Client Acknowledgement
By submitting an enquiry or making a booking, clients confirm that they:
• Are 18 years or older
• Agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions
• Accept the Privacy Policy, Booking Code of Conduct, and Liability Limitations
• Engage with services at their own risk
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.

11.1 Reports of misconduct, consent violations, or safety concerns may be submitted to:

11.2 All reports are handled discreetly, professionally, and lawfully.
