4.2 Contractors must:
• Be 18+ with legal work rights in Australia

4.3 Any suspicion of illegal activity results in immediate termination of engagement
and reporting to authorities.
5. Safety, Consent & Work Health & Safety (WHS)
5.1 Safety and consent are paramount.

• Check-in/check-out procedures and risk assessments
• Right to refuse or terminate any booking without penalty
• Strict no-coercion, no-drug, and no-violence policies
• Blacklisting clients who breach safety or boundaries
5.3 Services occur only between consenting adults. Any breach constitutes a material
violation of Terms and applicable law.
6. Advertising, Marketing & Content Compliance
6.1 The Agency adheres to:
• Australian advertising regulations
• NSW adult-content legislation
• Anti-trafficking and anti-exploitation obligations
• Responsible marketing standards
6.2 Imagery and promotional materials:
• Depict adults only
• Are non-explicit, glamour-focused, and consensual
• Do not imply illegal services

7. Privacy, Discretion & Confidentiality

8. Terms of Use & Client Acknowledgement

8.2 Clients acknowledge that the Agency provides introductions only, and does not
supervise, guarantee, or control contractor services or outcomes.
8.3 Any breach may result in termination, legal action, or blacklisting.
9. Liability Limitation & Indemnity
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency and its officers, employees,
contractors, agents, and affiliates:
• Exclude all liability for loss, damage, injury, or claims of any kind, including direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
o Use of the website or services
o Introductions, bookings, or contractor conduct
o Acts, omissions, or negligence of third parties9.2 Clients engage at their own risk and agree to release, indemnify, and hold
harmless the Agency from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from their
actions, misrepresentations, or breaches of law.
9.3 Where statutory guarantees cannot be excluded, liability is limited to:
• Resupply of the relevant service, or
• Payment of the cost of resupplying the service
9.4 Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 30 days preceding the
event giving rise to the claim.

• Client misconduct
